Efficient flexible bulk‐heterojunction polymer solar cells based on PCDTBT/PC 70 BM were successfully fabricated by a simple nano‐imprint technique. The flexible nano‐patterned IZO anode with ordered periodic dot structures led to improved light absorption and increased interfacial contact area between the anode and polymer as well as between the polymer and cathode.
