Water‐processed GO:SWCNT thin films have been used as interfacial layers to serially connect two P3HT:PCBM bulk heterojunction solar cells in both regular and inverted structures. The resulting tandem architecture produces a higher V OC , reaching by average 84% of the ideal value (i.e., the sum of V OC of both subcells) for the regular structure, and by average 80% for the inverted structure, respectively.
