In article number 2001085, Pamarti Viswanath and co‐workers demonstrate highly robust polarization stability in an ultrathin PVDF polymer self‐assembled on a monolayer graphene oxide film. This selfassembly approach is a promising technique to fabricate highly oriented and stable ferroelectric polarization polymer systems for realizing next‐generation flexible electronic memory devices.
