High‐κ polymer P(VDF‐TrFE‐CFE) is applied in a graphene thin film transistor as the dielectric layer by Zhenhua Sun and co‐workers in article number 2000031. This results in a considerable improvement in device performance. A systematical investigation is conducted, revealing the promising application potential of this high‐κ dielectric in flexible, low operation voltage, and high mobility transistors based on two‐dimensional semiconductors.
