The memristive strength of organic thin‐film memtransistors can be tuned under UV illumination and such systems are also non‐volatile without illumination. These qualities are used by Henning Sirringhaus, Sui‐Dong Wang and co‐workers in article number 1900955 to successfully emulate different levels of synaptic plasticity. Such a feature is analogous to the movement of a ship from darkness to light, as depicted in this frontispiece.
