In article number 1800598 , Hao‐Li Zhang and co‐workers describe a series of 9,10‐imide‐pyrene‐fused pyrazaacene (IPPA) derivatives as n‐type electret layer doping components for high performance nonvolatile organic field effect transistor memory devices. This investigation provides a general guideline for the design of n‐type organic semiconductors as efficient doping material for organic memory devices.
