Vertical transistors based on a graphene/MoTe 2 van der Waals heterostructure with V‐shaped ambipolar behaviors and their applications in analog circuits are demonstrated by Shi‐Jun Liang, Feng Miao, and co‐workers in article number 1700662 . High‐performance analog functions including an output polarity controllable amplifier and frequency doubler can be realized with less electronic components compared to conventional scenarios.
