In article number 1700313 , Hiroyuki Matsui, Shizou Tokito, and co‐workers report the fabrication of p‐type and n‐type organic thin‐film transistors and complementary inverter circuits with finely patterned electrodes using reverse offset printing. Under optimized printing conditions, a channel length of less than 3 μm can be achieved for the printed electrodes. Inverter circuits with a stacked structure successfully operate at low supply voltage with high signal gain.
