The front cover illustrates the enhanced charge storage capacity of bismuth ferrite (blue)‐ bismuth samarium ferrite (green) ferroelectric superlattices, as reported by R. Maran et al. in article number 1600170. The precise composition control enabled by combinatorial laser molecular‐beam epitaxy is exploited to design superlattice structures with enhanced ferroelectric coupling between individual layers and these can be used to to tailor desired dielectric properties in thin film systems.
