Flexible organic circuits are fabricated with extremely high yield and good uniformity based on high‐mobility solution‐processed organic p‐type and n‐type transistors. The continuous casting method enables the production of homogenous organic crystalline films. From the yield of 88.8% for D flip‐flop circuits comprising 26 organic transistors, the yield of each transistor is estimated to be as high as 99.5%.
