The first fiber‐based polymer light‐emitting devices (PLEDs) on individual fibers are reported by Kyung Cheol Choi and co‐workers in article number 1500103. The fiber‐based PLEDs are produced using a dip‐coating method, and they show high luminance of over 1000 cd m −2 and low operating voltages (<10 V). This enables them to be safely integrated into electronic textiles. This extremely simple dip‐coating process offers low‐cost, simple fabrication, and mass production of fiber‐based LEDs by roll‐to‐roll manufacturing.
