An indium‐free niobium‐doped titania (Nb 0.02 Ti 0.98 O 2 ) transparent electrode is utilized in organic thin‐film solar cells. A semiconductive surface is created on conductive niobium‐doped titanium oxide by UV–ozone treatment. This endows hole‐blocking function for selective charge transport and eliminates the use of electron‐transporting ZnO layers.
