Solution‐processed p‐type and n‐type organic transistors with short channels are developed for use in high‐speed organic complementary circuits. The contact resistance of p‐type transistors is estimated to be 123 Ω cm. Ring oscillators using complementary circuits demonstrate a response speed of 110 kHz per stage, and high‐speed organic rectifiers based on the short‐channel p‐type transistors demonstrate response speeds above 22 MHz.
