A printed organic thin‐film transistor (OTFT) array with a high degree of electrical performance and uniformity is reported. The OTFTs exhibit exceptionally uniform performance as well as high average mobilities of 1.1 cm 2 V −1 s −1 . These printed devices are applied to a biosensor for detecting immunoglobulin G. The results show that these printed organic circuits can be used in practical sensor applications.
