Complex Emulsions to Multicavity Particles In article number 2203265 by Naresh Yandrapalli and Markus Antonietti, complex emulsion maturation and its potential applications at every stage of their transformation into a multicavity particle are studied. Starting from the dewetted membranous emulsion with bulging eye‐like compartments, “proptose emulsions” and their polymerized alternatives with applications in cargo transport to multicavity particles with structural colouring properties. These next‐generation materials have far‐reaching implications for the development of new structured functional materials.
