Carcinogenesis of Structural Variations in Human Cancer In article number 2200818, Hebing Chen, Chengfeng Wang, and co‐workers report carcinogenesis of structural variations (SVs) focusing on their dynamic interplay with three‐dimensional (3D) genome organization with multi‐omics strategies integrating long‐read single‐molecule real‐time (SMRT) sequencing and high‐throughput chromosome conformation capture (Hi‐C) technique in deadly human pancreatic cancer. This work provides a genome‐wide prospects of SVs and 3D genome, and expand current understanding of tumorigenesis, which might facilitate the identification of novel prognostic markers or therapeutic targets.
