Dopaminergic Immunoregulation In article number 2104006 by Jinyao Liu and co‐workers, the dopaminergic system is exploited to suppress hyperactive immune responses in local inflamed tissues by polydopamine nanoparticles, which stimulate regulatory T lymphocytes and dendritic cells, while inhibit T helper cells to assist the reversion of inflammatory responses. The application of dopaminergic immunoregulation is further disclosed by combining with oral probiotics that can modulate the gut microbiota for treating colitis.
