Cover story shows the amazing Chinese story of Monkey King named Sun Wukong got the Key Stand Iron Rod in East Sea as his weapon—Gold‐Banded Cudgel. In article number 2004680, Xingguo Liu and co‐workers demonstrate a sensitivity to iron overload‐induced ferroptosis in mitochondrial DNA depletion syndrome patients, which suggests potential protective effect of mitochondria in cell from ferroptosis. In the cover, iron (Gold‐Banded Cudgel) unbalance induces ferroptosis (East Sea turbulence), which could be protected by mitochondria (Monkey King with Heart Armor).
