In article number 2001750, Kui Zhu, Ben Zhong Tang and co‐workers demonstrate that aggregationinduced emission luminogens such as TBPs trigger ROS‐mediated membrane damage to effectively kill internalized bacteria without resistance development. Intriguingly, TBPs promote mitochondria dependent autophagy to eliminate such bacteria in host cells. Similar to vancomycin, TBPs demonstrate high efficacy against notorious bacterial infections in vivo.
