An efficient GeTe based radioisotope thermoelectric generator (RTG) for a Mars rover is depicted on the cover. As described by Cheng‐Lung Chen, Sriparna Bhattacharya, Yang‐Yuan Chen and co‐workers in article number 2002494, the figure of merit is due to the combination of the unique herringbone structure shown in the background high resolution TEM image, and the optimal antimony dopant concentration. The insets represent the local microstructures that are responsible for scattering of low, medium, and high energy phonons.
