In article number advs. 2002991, Xincun Dou and co‐workers report the precise regulation of the benzothiazole (BT) binding sites, including the para ‐, meso ‐, and ortho ‐positions on the aniline moiety and the sensing performance toward nitrite. This unique design enables an ultra‐sensitive, specific, and rapid response of ortho ‐BT to nitrite, and favors a robust green emission signal for on‐site and semiquantitative nitrite detection.
