In article number 2001940, June Hong Ahn, Wonhwa Lee, Chun Gwon Park, and co‐workers demonstrate that NETosis factor can be a potential therapeutic target for the treatment of SARS‐CoV‐2‐induced sepsis. DNase‐I coated melanin‐like nanospheres (DNase‐I pMNSs) show excellent stability, modulation of sepsis‐associated NETosis dysregulation and prevention of further disease progression.
