In article number 1902699, Lin Wang, Kai Zhang, Xiaoshuang Chen, and co‐workers boost the photothermoelectric effect (PTE) through ultrashort channel design via a titled‐angle evaporation technique. Such a detector exhibits tremendous field‐enhancement as well as high efficiency terahertz photon absorption across a broadband frequency range beyond the skin depth limit, introducing an avenue for deeply understanding the role of the PTE effect and its targeted applications for fast imaging.
