In article number 1903290, Jun Chen, Hongzhuan Chen, Xiaoling Gao, and co‐workers synthesize a tailored lipoprotein‐based nanostructure to realize glioma intiating cells (GICs)‐targeted accumulation through a receptor‐stimulated macropinocytosis manner. By carrying RNAi in the core, this tailored nanostructure reduces SOX2 and Notch1 expression, powerfully inhibits GICs stemness and chemoresistance, and significantly prolongs the survival of GICs‐bearing mice, providing a powerful precision nanoplatform to combat glioma.
