In article 1902064, Keiji Numata and co‐workers perform targeted gene delivery into various plastids of intact plants using peptide/plasmid DNA complexes that combine the functions of both a cell‐penetrating peptide and a chloroplast‐targeting peptide. This gene delivery technology will provide a useful tool to rapidly engineer plastids in crop species.
