To accomplish simultaneous manipulations from linear polarization to another and to left‐and‐right‐circular polarizations, a novel multifunctional and multiband fractal metasurface is firstly proposed and demonstrated in reflection mode based on inter‐metamolecular coupling interactions. The calculated Stokes parameter, axial ratio and experimental results indicate excellent multiband polarization conversions of three‐order fractal metasurface.
