The front cover picture , designed by Xiaowei Dou and co‐workers, illustrates the chiral drug‐orientated asymmetric synthesis under rhodium catalysis. An array of chiral building blocks featuring the chiral azaarene motif could be produced in up to 99% yield and with up to 99% ee by the rhodium‐catalyzed asymmetric conjugate addition of organoboronic acids to carbonyl‐activated alkenyl azaarenes. Catalytic asymmetric syntheses of dexchlorpheniramine and dexbrompheniramine were realized by using the developed method. Details of this work can be found in the full paper on pages 3142–3147 (H.
