Rhodium‐catalyzed C−H activation and annulation with alkynyl germatranes for the synthesis of heterocyclic germatranes is described. Various heterocyclic germatranes were constructed by this protocol and applied in multiple derivatizations such as palladium‐catalyzed cross‐coupling reactions.
