Abstract Here, we present a catalytic asymmetric and site‐selective reaction of naphthols, realizing diversiform reactions in asymmetric dearomatization or O‐alkylation with aziridines, and the reason for the switchable reactivity is formally analyzed with different type of substrates under different conditions.
