The front cover picture , provided by Stephen Hashmi and co‐workers, represents the results of their work on establishing a strategical approach with respect to the ligand as well as counter anion influence during the catalyst optimization including an industrial perspective. The determined simplified screening method allows us to reduce the workload by more than 70% in comparison to a holistic catalyst screening of a full ligand/counter anion matrix. This is illustrated in the cover by the chemists who are looking for the best catalyst using a common catalyst screening compared to a strategical approach. The artist is Jasmin Schießl. Details of this work can be found in the full paper on pages 2493–2502 (J. Schießl, J. Schulmeister, A. Doppiu, E. Wörner, M. Rudolph, R. Karch, A. S. K. Hashmi, Adv. Synth.
