A simple and practical method of fluoroalkylthiolation using fluoroalkylsulfonyl chlorides (R f SO 2 Cl, R f =CF 3 , C 4 F 9 , C 8 F 17 , CF 2 H and CH 2 CF 3 ) has been developed. These easy‐to‐handle reagents are powerful and can be used for electrophilic fluoroalkylthiolation of electron‐rich arenes and thiols using diethyl phosphite as reducing agent.
