An intramolecular palladium(II)‐catalyzed dearomative arylation reaction of indoles via CH bond functionalization was developed, providing access to structurally novel spiroindolenines with moderate to good yields. A one‐pot process for the synthesis of spiroindoline derivatives was also realized.
