The back cover picture , provided by Arjan W. Kleij and co‐workers, illustrates the two‐step formation of highly functionalized urea synthons from readily available and cheap precursors such as phenyl carbamate, epoxides and amines: an efficient approach to urea‐complexity . Versatile aluminium‐based (aminotriphenolate) complexes are used for the synthesis of oxazolidinone intermediates which are aminolyzed in the presence of various amine reagents to afford a broad scope of urea derivatives. Their synthetic utility is demonstrated through an alkyne‐substituted urea using typical click reaction conditions with potential for immobilization or post‐synthetic modifications. Details can be found in the full paper on pages 2849–2854 (V. Laserna, W. Guo, A. W. Kleij, Adv. Synth. Catal. 2015 , 357 , 2849–2854; DOI: 10.1002/adsc.201500635).
