The sigmatropic rearrangement of propargylic sulfinates to allenic sulfones is catalyzed by the silver cation. The Ag 1 ‐USY zeolite, as well as non‐coordinating silver salts, lead to essentially quantitative yields of the corresponding allenic sulfones.
