The back cover picture , designed by Xavier Verdaguer, shows how the phosphonium salt of MaxPHOS, creates a soap bubble which protects it from oxidation. The illustration is an allegory of how PH/NH tautomery and protonation leads to an oxygen‐resistant form of the ligand. The corresponding Rh(I)‐MaxPHOS complex was tested in the asymmetric hydrogenation of a wide range of substrates as reported in the full paper on pages 795–804 (E. Cristóbal‐Lecina, P. Etayo, S.
