Ruthenium(II) catalysis allowed for regioselective annulations of challenging ferrocenylalkynes by oximes or N ‐methoxybenzamides through isohypsic CH/NO bond functionalization to furnish substituted isoquinolines and NH ‐free isoquinolones with ample scope.
