The cover presents a rendering of the nanofabrication design used to make a random, but on‐average homogeneous distribution of lines (chords) running from side to side in a cubic volume. This structurally stable design was used by Pepijn W. H. Pinkse and co‐workers (see article number 2001438) to fill a (20 μm) 3 sized cube with polymer bars by two‐photon direct laser writing realizing a deterministic optical multiple‐scattering medium. The four structures in the foreground are part of a series made for optical transmission measurements. The individual lines “snowing down” only serve artistic purposes.
