The combination of 2D materials and photosensitive molecules enables the fabrication of high‐performance light‐responsive opto‐electronic devices whose physical and chemical properties can be efficiently and reversibly modulated between different states, paving the way towards the generation of multifunctional devices based on new smart integrated circuitries.
