Utilizing a distinctly different approach from conventional fluorescent stimulated emission depletion (STED) nanoscopy, Xiangping Li and co‐workers (article number 1800432 ) demonstrate multiplexed fluorescence‐free superresolution imaging of gold‐nanoparticle labeled tumor cells. The superiority of this method in non‐bleaching, high resolution, and ultra‐low laser power for the application in complex bio‐environments unfolds a long‐sought strategy to battle the optical resolution.
