A multistate smart window based on the reversible electrodepositing metal device (REMD) with excellent electrochromic performance is reported. A thiol‐terminated silane modified indium tin oxide (ITO) glass acts as positive electrode and an ITO glass coated by ITO nanoparticles serves as negative electrode. The REMD can exhibit 4 different color states. Its mirror state presents a higher reflectance than the commercial Ag‐based mirror and the transmittance of its transparent state can reach as high as 82.9%. Moreover, the REMD can work steadily without any decline in light‐modulation performance after 1000 cycles. Notably, a reliable information encryption device and a novel digital display are proposed and designed. The REMD will provide broader potential applications in electrochromic smart windows.
