Perovskites are star materials for various optoelectronic device applications. In article number 1700654 , Linbao Luo and co‐workers synthesize a Cs doped FAPbI 3 perovskite material through a simple spin‐coating method, via which FA 1– x Cs x PbI 3 with different Cs doping levels ( x = 0.1, 0.15, 0.2, and 0.3) can be obtained. Optoelectronic characterization reveals that the perovskite thin‐film‐based photodetector exhibits a very high specific detectivity and ultrafast response speed.
