Switching of a hologram is realized with photochemical switching . A real‐time dynamic hologram of a realistic 3D object is achieved by using fast photochromic imidazole dimers. As compared to conventional holographic materials, whose updating speeds of the holograms still need to be improved, the photochromic imidazole dimer achieves a fast updating speed, realizing a real‐time dynamic hologram of a 3D object. This demonstration proves the potential for fast photochromic molecules to act as dynamic holographic materials.
