A polymeric carbon nitride (g‐C 3 N 4 ) nanosheets/graphene hybrid phototransistor designed for the near‐UV regime is reported. Efficient transfer of electrons from g‐C 3 N 4 to graphene is observed under illumination. The devices show a responsivity in the order of 10 3 A W −1 with a large and reproducible photocurrent. The hybrid is found stable after storing under ambient conditions for more than 130 days.
