2D MoS 2 /graphene heterostructures are prepared through a monolayer intercalation method, which can be widely used to prepare other 2D composite structures. The samples exhibit excellent passive Q‐switching (PQS) and mode‐locking (ML) performances in bulk lasers. A high repetition rate of up to 1 GHz is realized in the mode‐locked laser, indicating that samples are reliable at generating stable ultrashort pulses.
