Extreme control of electromagnetic radiation beams by manipulating the dual physics properties of a metasurface system is shown to be feasible by tailoring the surface refractive index and surface impedance simultaneously. By simply changing the source location around the surface lenses and the working frequency, a radiation‐beam scanning is realized with both azimuth and elevation angles in the space above the metasurfaces.
