This paper describes the formation of an electro‐thermochromic device . The device consists of a transparent conductive grid or honeycomb and a thermochromic PNIPAm hydrogel. When the device temperature is high, a solar modulation above 50% with an optimal contrast of 70% and response time of ≈1 min is obtained.
