Anti‐adherent coating systems based on polysilazanes and PTFE particles applied by spray coating on metal molds and annealed at 300 °C are developed. The low surface free energy of the coatings leads to an easy demolding of plastic parts after shaping. Moreover, the excellent adhesion between metal mold and coating enables use for several times.
