In article number 1901818, Kengo Manabe and co‐workers develop a smooth liquid‐infused surface with a flat base‐layer as a multifunctional tribo‐surface, which is termed a friction‐reducing liquidity oil‐adsorbed tribo‐surface (FLOAT). The FLOAT is constructed via a novel self‐supplying lubricant strategy, demonstrating a friction coefficient of 0.05.
