Highly uniform Pt nanoparticles on the carbon supporter are constructed by fluidizing bed reactor atomic layer deposition system with efficient gas transfer, excellent mass production and time saving process. Well‐dispersed and size‐controllable Pt nanoparticles on the carbon exhibit the high electrochemical surface area and excellent fuel cell performance for energy generation.
