A hybrid structure strategy, utilizing a perovskite/MoS 2 bulk heterojunction as the photosensitizer and a reduced graphene oxide layer as the conducting channel, is developed. Using this structure, high‐performance photodetectors are realized by selective electron trapping process induced photo‐generated carrier recombination suppression. This is reported by Zi‐Yu Peng, Jian‐Long Xu, Sui‐Dong Wang, and co‐workers in article number 1800505 .
